  • The partner Eduardo Teicofski is the co-founder of the firm and has been a lawyer since 1997.
  • After getting his bachelor’s degree in Law from UFPR (Universidade Federal do Parabá), he worked as an associate at a renowed firm headquartered in Curitiba with contractual, civil and labor law until late 2000.

In early 2001 he moved to Joinville and joined the team of one of the most traditional law firms in the state of Santa Catarina, where he became a partner in 2003. In that period he worked with private law, a department which he coordenated for more than a decade, working on complex issues involving the interests and demands of clients, both individuals and corporations, in the areas of civil, corporate and international law, overseeing consultancy and litigation. On the same period he worked as a lawyer with the other departments of Public Law, especially in administration and oil and gas exploration.

Co-author of the book Curso de Direito Administrativo, Ed. Forense, 2007 (Administrative Law Course, Forense Publishers, 2007), he has enhanced his technical and educational background in Contemporary Law by taking a post graduation and specialization course and also by attending congresses, teaching courses and lecturing.

Lawyer. Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculdade de Direito de Joinville (Law College in Joinville). Juliano Scarpetta worked for a tradicional law firm in Santa Catarina for 12 years, and since the beginning of his career as a lawyer, he has been working with Civil and Contractual Law, and in matters related to inheritance and corporations. While working as a partner in this renowed firm, he handled important cases in Brazil and internationally as well. In his pursuit for excellence, he got two postgraduate degrees in law-related areas, which allowed him to combine his top educational background and legal practice and manage corporate and family cases throughout his legal career.

In 2013 he began his Master’s Degree course at PUC/PR – Pontífica Universidade Católica do Paraná (Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná) focusing on research related to Economic and Social-Environmental Law and He managed all his professional and academic activities until the end of 2015. In early 2016 he got his Masters Degree.
He is the co-author of a book “Debates de Direito Internacional Econômico Contemporâneo” – instituto Memória, 2015 (Discussions of Contemporary Economic International Law – Instituto Memória, 2015) and has had four academic papers published in specialized scientific journals. He has also given many talks and workshops related to Corporate and Inheritance Law.
In 2016 he began a new professional cycle and founded Scarpetta and Teicofski Lawyers, aiming at providing services which are technically refined without being excessively bureaucratic. His firm provides personalized services without worrying about organic growth, focusing insted on professional and personal improvement to the clients and partners. This is his main goal!

After the foundation of the firm Scarpetta and Teicofski Lawyers in 2016, he has given continuity to his professional goal of offering clients the solidity and efficienty required from a law firm, by being reliable and trustworthy and in line with the evolving demands of a market which is in constant transformation.
